For young people aged 15–19, Get Set for Work combines nationally recognised training, practical learning and personalised support to help you build your skills and prepare for the future.
Whether you’re looking to get a job, continue your education or learn new skills, we’ll help you build a strong foundation and feel more confident about what comes next.

Practical Learning Units
| HLTAID011 | Provide First Aid |
| SITHFAB021 | Provide responsible service of alcohol |
| SITHFAB025 | Prepare and serve espresso coffee |
| TLILIC0003 | Licence to operate a forklift truck (Only available to 18-19 year olds due to Government regulations) |
Included in Training
- Learn how to change a tyre
- Access driving lessons with a qualified driving instructor
- Funds supplied for students to budget, plan and cook their own Breakfast and Lunch every day
- SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
- Excursions once a fortnight on Fridays for students who attend regularly; Movies, Canoeing, Bowling and more

Placement Security Fee: $250.00
Course Fees: $3,750.00

Course Delivery
Face to Face for 8 Weeks
Full-time Monday to Thursday ( alternate Fridays)
- 9:00am to 3:00pm
- Excursions once a fortnight on Fridays for students who attend regularly; Movies, Canoeing, Bowling and more!
Am I Eligible?
- Must be at least 15 Years old but younger than 19 years old
- Basic Literacy, Language, Numeracy and Digital Skills
- Current Queensland resident
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
