CHAIRPERSON’S REPORT

On behalf of the Board of Ipswich YUPI Program Inc, I am pleased to present our 2025 Annual Report. This year has been one of both challenge and achievement, as we navigated funding constraints, program delays, and operational changes, while continuing to deliver essential services to our community.

I am proud of the dedication shown by our staff, volunteers, and partners, whose commitment has ensured the continued growth and impact of our programs. From expanding initiatives at Collingwood Park to fostering innovative partnerships, the organisation has demonstrated resilience and strategic vision.

The Board remains focused on governance, accountability, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that Ipswich YUPI Program Inc continues to provide meaningful support and opportunities for those we serve. I thank all stakeholders for their ongoing trust and collaboration, and I look forward to another year of positive impact.

CEO’S REPORT

At Ipswich YUPI Program Inc, our mission has always been to empower individuals and strengthen communities. This year, I have been inspired by the stories of participants overcoming challenges, gaining confidence, and achieving personal growth through our programs.

Our successes would not be possible without the dedication of our staff, volunteers, board, and partners. Together, we have navigated funding constraints and program delays while continuing to provide high-quality support and training.

Looking ahead, our goal is to build on these achievements, expand community programs such as The Colliers market at Collingwood Park, and continue creating pathways for individuals to thrive. I am grateful for the trust and collaboration of everyone involved and look forward to another impactful year.

Our Social Impacts

A lot of the cohort we provide these services to have never experienced outcomes quite like Challenge.

Whether it be at our RTO or our trade school, we approach their issues with holistic wrap around support. We see the whole student and take the time to learn what they need in order to successfully enter the workforce.

We’ve been at it a long time providing 25, 000+ employment pathways since 2012!
