Challenge Ambassador- Alex Kennedy

Alex Kennedy prides himself on his hardworking, can-do attitude.  Due to his incredible work ethic, he graduated with flying colours from a Certificate III in Logistics and was selected as Challenge’s very own Ambassador and earned a Forklift License.

Alex most enjoyed learning new and challenging skills.  He said

“I learnt that the trainers had so much experience they could provide  to students”.

“The trainers assisted me to look for work and be confident in myself”

Alex has showcased this with his volunteer efforts and participation as a Challenge Ambassador.

The Pathway included team building and practical aspects within a simulated warehousing environment, “a truly practical classroom”.

Alex developed new skills including using manual trolleys, electric pallet jacks. to even gaining his forklift license! Alex enjoyed his time with Challenge so much that he would ‘10/10 recommend challenge’ with his highlight being the experience of learning skills that have positively impacted on his employability levels and personal growth.

In his free time, Alex enjoys taking part in community events, with his attendance at Local Schools as an NDIS Ambassador and mentoring students to be the best that they can be. He also takes pride in his networking abilities and had the joy of attending the Challenge Open Day where a number of Industry experts discussed the opportunities and experiences to thrive within the ever evolving workforce.

Great job Alex, you are an asset to the Challenge community!
