What is the Retail work pathway?

Our Retail courses are a great step forward to give you the basics in entering and or up-skilling within the retail sector. You will learn how to deliver high quality service to customers in a range of retail settings and undertake work in speciality stores, supermarkets, department stores and retail fast food outlets.

SIR20216 Certificate II in Retail Services reflects the role of retail team members who use a defined and limited range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision of others

8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
