Skilling Queenslanders for Work
As a Community Based Organisation (CBO), Challenge Employment and Training partner with select Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver projects that respond to the needs of local jobseekers and employment opportunities in their area.
USER CHOICE
User Choice training is delivered to currently employed trainees or apprentices. You are required to pay a co-contribution fee which may be paid by the employer on your behalf.
User Choice Programs
Eligible apprentices and trainees for User Choice will be charged a student contribution fee. Please refer to the Student Handbook for details.
Non-funded apprentices and trainees will be charged a fee for service cost.

Certificate 3 Guarantee
The Certificate 3 Guarantee program is part of the Qld Government VET investment strategy, assisting Queenslanders without a Certificate III or higher level qualification to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III level qualification.
Higher Level Skills Program
The Higher Level Skills program provide eligible individuals with access to a subsidised training place in selected certificate IV level and above qualifications or priority skill sets, to secure employment or transition to university.

We have partnered with Blueprint Employment and Training (RTO number: 31248) to deliver forklift licensing and industry short courses at our Collingwood Park campus. We deliver a range of options to suit both individuals and companies.

YEAR 12 FEE FREE
Year 12 graduates can access one Year 12 fee-free training place in high priority areas to start training within one year of leaving school. This training is funded by the Queensland Department of Education, Training and Employment.
